NLGI 2 Alternative name: Bel-Ray Syntex 624 Grease A non-melting synthetic grease based on polyalkylene glycol (PAG). It has a wide operating temperature range and excellent thermal and mechanical stability. It provides very good lubricity. It offers a high level of corrosion protection. It is compatible with most seals. Using PAG compounds as the base eliminates the formation of varnish and deposits that may occur when conventional greases are used. Useful temperature range: from -40 C to 204 C (-40 F to 400 F).
