The tow behind sand / gravel spreader gritter is a very handy and economical attachment for winter maintenance of yards and walkways. It covers only the trail behind the ATV and does not spread wider into ditches or grass fields on the sides, making it convenient and economical to use because material is not wasted where it is not needed.

The new 2nd generation (G2) Iron Baltic unit has higher capacity / bigger volume for less frequent loading with improved mechanics. Fitted with a mechanically driven crusher / mixer rotor in the container.

Power to the spreader shaft is taken mechanically from the wheels.
Wheels are equipped with a clutch which allows transporting without sand spreading.
Equipped with a 50 mm ( 2' ) trailer hitch coupling.
Higher-capacity and bigger-volume generation 2 (G2) sand spreader version for more demanding use.
Mechanically rotating mixer rotor inside the container, helping to break the larger or frozen sand and salt pieces before spreading / dropping.
Product is packed into a transport-safe plywood box for easier handling.
