Latest Polini variator technology specially tuned for non-tuned 50cc engines: this variator develops a noticeably better acceleration and slightly more top speed using all supplied components. The power transmission is much more direct, also thanks to the Polini Evo-Slider, a friction-minimizing plastic pad for the counterpressure spring, which makes the converter shift more easily.
If the scooter is not tuned, this variator simply needs to be mounted with all components: according to Polini no further tuning necessary. Of course, due to the newly designed vario roller tracks, this variator is also a very good choice for tuned vehicles. However, here an adjustment of the variator roller weights to the appropriate tuning level is necessary.
Included in delivery: Hi-Speed variator complete with bushing, tuned, reinforced pressure spring with Evo-Slider and 1 set of variator rollers 16x13 with 8.4g. The assembly instructions are located below the plastic insert in the packaging.
