Polini Maxi Hi-Speed variator suitable for Honda SH 125–150i ABS Euro 5 vehicles (built from 2020 and up). Also suitable for Honda Forza 125 Euro 5 built from 2021 and up (JK02E) and Honda PCX 125 ie Euro 5 built from 2021 and up (JK05E).
Performance-enhancing variator with a chrome-nickel steel piston pin: the very low coefficient of friction and carbon-based DLC treatment are specifically designed for racing applications.
An additional internal grease reservoir and a special spring ensure constant and uniform lubrication of the gudgeon pin even under the highest loads. This innovative design eliminates the need for constant touch-ups (e.g. on the roller weights).
Compared to the original spring, the 15% harder counter-pressure spring including Evo-Slider ensures a higher engine speed when starting.
The variator rollers have a nylon and aramid fibre coating.
The kit also includes clutch springs with a 20% increase in spring preload.
