The Polini Reed Mission Evolution cylinder kit with diaphragm inlet suitable for Vespa 50cc to 125cc small frame vehicles, ET3.

Thanks to the 152cc capacity, the Reed Mission cylinder kit offers incredible performance! Whether daily or race track, this cylinder sets new performance standards. Constructed of aluminium, nickel silicon coated liner, 6 overflow ports with racing timing, split exhaust and of course the diaphragm timing to name a few features. Additional cooling fins were added to the cylinder head design to further improve heat dissipation. Slightly increased compression also helps to get maximum power out of the 60mm bore at 54mm stroke. The piston is cast from aluminium and has two chrome plated S10 cast rings. After machining, the piston was coated with a special molybdenum bisulfide coating that improves the sliding of the piston during retracting. The reed block comes with 6 carbon reed petals with 0.4mm thickness. The geometry of the flow routing guarantees an optimal entry speed of the air-fuel mixture. The intake manifold has been designed to be housed in its original place without any modification and to work well together with the d.34 Dellorto VHSB carburettor.

In order to install this cylinder kit, the crankcase will need to be spindled. It is necessary to replace the original crankshaft with the new Polini crankshaft, part no. 210.0070, with a 105mm connecting rod and 54mm stroke.

For best performance, we recommend the Polini Evolution muffler part no. 200.0418.
