clutch set reinforced swiing for Puch Z50

Complete reinforced clutch set for Puch Z50 engines with manual transmission like installed in the models Puch X30 Sport NS / NL and Puch X30 Velux.

The kit includes a High-End clutch puller bolt with a specially manufactured angular ball bearing. This has a contact angle of 60 ° and is designed for the highest loads. The puller bolt is essential for the use of the reinforced swiing clutch springs.

Important notes on adjusting the clutch:

Picture 3 shows the position of the clutch lever in relation to the abutment. This setting results in the maximum release travel with the least amount of effort to pull the clutch. Particular attention should be paid to the play between the clutch shaft and the tapered collar nut, since if the play is too small, the clutch bearing will inevitably break in a very short time. When the clutch cable is attached, the free travel on the clutch lever should be approx. 3 mm.

The angle "A" on the picture is 58°. On the hand lever, these play result in free travel of approx. 1 cm.
