50cc tuning kit with 38mm aluminium cylinder with round slotted intake. Suitable for vehicles with Sachs 2-, 3- and 4-speed engines with fan cooling. Among others suitable for Hercules 50/ALS, 50/2 S, 50/KS, 50/2 DK, 50/3 LS, 50/4 LKS and Gritzner.

Tips:
Tuning:Complemented with a 13mm SSB or 16mm SHA carburetor with intake flange and resonance exhaust, a further moderate increase in power is possible.
Installation: Secure the cylinder head studs with a joining adhesive such as Loctite.
Break-in: Use a 1:33 (3%) semi-synthetic blend oil during the first tank fill and run at a maximum of 5000rpm.
