CNC-machined levers are milled out of a single block of aluminium. The advantage of this complex machining is the material properties of the high-quality aluminium alloy. Standard levers are made using the die-casting process and are therefore inexpensive, but very brittle and break quickly. With the CNC process, high-quality tough aluminium can be used. The levers are more resilient and the shapes can be worked out much more beautifully.
