These single-layer Class AAA stretch jeans feature a tapered leg, offering classic style for riders seeking the strongest protection available. They are made from pioneering denim developed for Knox with Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibre. UHMWPE is one of the world’s strongest and lightest fibres—40% stronger than aramid and fifteen times stronger than steel.

The fibre provides outstanding strength and durability while retaining stretch for exceptional all-day motorcycle comfort. Elastane allows freedom of movement while the denim delivers the highest level of AAA protection. Its unique weave provides unparalleled strength for a like-for-like weight. UHMWPE repels moisture, helps keep the wearer dry and draws heat away from the body to help the rider stay cool. It is highly resistant to wear and tear, hypoallergenic and designed to reduce irritation.

Two invisible zipped knee-armour pockets provide easy external access for removing Knox CE Micro-Lock protectors, which are supplied as standard. The carefully tailored tapered fit looks great on and off the bike. Knox-branded rivets, key ring and waist button, together with YKK zips, complete the jeans. Four deep pockets with charcoal abstract-print lining add practicality.

Size guide
Measure your waist where the trousers normally sit, approximately 2 inches (about 5–6 cm) below the navel. Subtract 2 inches (about 5–6 cm) from the result to determine trouser size. Measure the inside leg from the crotch to the heel or floor. Men’s leg lengths are 33 inches (regular) and 30 inches (short). Measurements are body measurements; do not measure over clothing.

Care and maintenance
Hang the garment in a dry, ventilated environment away from sunlight and direct heat sources. Do not leave it on the floor or under heavy objects. Do not fold the protectors in half. Keep away from chemicals. Inspect the impact protectors and fastening system at least annually. Replace protectors immediately if worn, damaged or involved in an accident. Replacement every 5 years is recommended regardless of condition. Carefully remove protectors before washing. Clean protectors by hand only.
