From the interface between racing experience and aeronautical inspiration comes a new mirror: Stealth, an accessory created specifically for supersport motorcycles. It consists of a fixed part that allows direct attachment to the fairing and a movable part that acts as the mirror glass holder. Thanks to the rotating system, the two parts align with a simple movement: when closed, the mirror becomes an aerodynamic foil. While the mirror glass holder is always the same, the fixed component is designed ad hoc for each supersport motorcycle for which Stealth was developed, seeking the best solution to match its aerodynamic performance. Made from billet aluminum, it features a convex glass surface for a wider field of view and is available in three different anodized colors. Stealth's design, wing-shaped profile and 25° relative angle to the ground give it a streamlined appearance and ensure that it generates downforce, which in turn improves the motorcycle's grip and handling, especially at high speed. Downforce at 300 km/h is approximately 4 kg. Ergonomics have also been optimized: when the rider adopts a sporty riding position, the mirrors are aligned with the rider's eye level. In this way, the rider does not need to raise their position to obtain a proper rear view, keeping their head protected by the headlight fairing and therefore from the pressure affecting the face at high speed.
