The new mouldable Micro-Lock Compact protector conforms perfectly to the body, stays in place, and absorbs a significant portion of impact energy before dispersing it before it reaches the elbow. Micro-Lock Compact is Knox's advanced protective equipment. They are 60% lighter, thinner and more flexible, offering the highest level of all-day comfort. It is designed to move easily with your body while riding and always ensure a perfect fit. The patented Flex and Adapt system ensures that the protection always works with the body and provides unrestricted freedom of movement. The system also ensures that the protection remains securely attached to the elbow, keeping the motorcyclist protected at all times. The Micro-Lock Compact protector comes with a five-year warranty upon registration. The protectors are available in one unisex size. Hybrid flexible elbow protectors are suitable for all types of motorcycling, extreme sports and cyclists requiring protection. PROTECTOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE Storage: Keep the protectors hanging in a dry, ventilated place, away from sunlight and direct heat sources. Do not leave them on the floor or under heavy objects, as this may cause deformation, tearing or other damage. Do not fold the jacket with the protector inside or fold the protector in half, as this may damage it. Keep away from chemicals that may damage the material and cause it to lose its protective properties. Maintenance: The protectors and their fastenings should be checked regularly, at least once a year, for visible signs of wear. If the protectors are worn or damaged, or if there are doubts about their condition, they must be replaced immediately. It is recommended to replace the protectors every 5 years, regardless of their condition. The protectors should be replaced immediately after every traffic accident. Care during washing: Carefully remove the protectors from the jacket or trousers before washing. The protectors may only be cleaned by hand.
