Difference between Lock-it and BASIC tank rings: The general function and operation remain the same. Compared with the Lock-it tank ring, the Basic tank ring locks only mechanically. The lockable tank ring magnets help with centering. The only difference is two magnets or plastic domes that are screwed onto the tank ring. The model-specific "metal ring" is the same for both versions. Note: a tank bag with a Lock-it holder cannot be placed on a BASIC tank ring and vice versa. The tank bag holder and tank ring must belong to the same system.
