Universal adapter Quad Lock® MAG 5.3 mm

Our universal Quad Lock® adapters feature a secure attachment mechanism compatible with all standard mounts and can be adhered directly to phone bodies, cases, and most flat metal and plastic surfaces.

Only 5.3 mm thick, the universal Quad Lock® MAG adapter fits easily on the back of smartphones and cases.

QUAD LOCK MAG™

The universal Quad Lock MAG™ adapter is compatible with Quad Lock MAG™ heads and standard Quad Lock® heads. Quad Lock MAG™ offers an even faster and more convenient way to mount your phone. Simply place your phone and the built-in magnets do the rest for you. Read the guide if you need more information.

Note: Using the universal adapter may affect wireless (inductive) charging performance.

MAG UNIVERSAL ADAPTER

• Premium-quality 3M™ VHB adhesive tape
• Slim design (5.3 mm thick)
• 60 mm wide and 60 mm high
• Durable composite construction
• Suitable for adhesion to flat and slightly contoured surfaces
• Compatible with standard Quad Lock® mounts, heads, and accessories
• Compatible with Quad Lock MAG™ heads

The universal Quad Lock adapter uses premium-quality 3M™ VHB 4952 adhesive tape, suitable for smooth, non-porous, untextured surfaces such as:

• Plastics such as polycarbonate, ABS, PVC, nylon, and acrylic
• Unpainted metals
• Glass without additional coatings

The tape will not adhere to:

• rubber, TPU, TPE
• leather
• silicone
• glass coated with a hydrophobic coating (also known as an anti-fingerprint coating, used on the backs of modern smartphones)
• soft, flexible coatings and paints (raptor)
• low-surface-tension plastics, such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), acetal, and HDPE
• wood

If your phone has a glass back, we recommend using a case with the universal Quad Lock® adapter. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before attaching the universal Quad Lock® adapter. 3M™ VHB™ adhesive tape uses a strong adhesive and is for one-time use.
