Size guide: measure around the widest part of the chest and shoulders and around the waist where your trousers normally sit. Measurements are body measurements. Keep the tape measure firm but not loose. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up one size.

Protector care and maintenance: store the garment hanging in a dry, ventilated place away from sunlight, direct heat sources and chemicals. Inspect protectors at least once a year and replace worn or damaged protectors immediately. Protectors should be replaced every 5 years and always after a road accident. Remove protectors before washing. Protectors may only be cleaned by hand.
