Knox Micro-Lock is the most compact protector from the Knox brand. Thanks to its unique properties, it can be worn all day. The Micro-Lock Air back protector adapts to the body using SMART technology. This makes the protector very soft while allowing it to harden on impact. It absorbs most of the impact energy, so less energy is transferred directly to the back.

DESCRIPTION

The Micro Lock Air Back Protector Mk2 has a new shape and updated appearance. Fitting is more comfortable and improves safety, thanks to the advanced double waist strap system and redesigned, removable and washable outer cover. This is a CE-certified motorcycle back protector to EN1621-2:2014 Level 2.

The UK-made spacer fabric complements the air channels, facilitating multidirectional airflow and increasing comfort and ventilation. The adjustable double waist system ensures a perfect, secure fit and correct positioning of the additional kidney protector.

The CE-certified Knox Micro-lock chest protector can be attached to the easily removable, soft shoulder straps, which can be crossed for added comfort. Micro-lock Air Mk2 is available in two sizes - S and L.

Knox Micro-Lock MK 2 is CE-certified according to the latest EN 1621-2:2014 Level 2 standard for back protectors and passes tests at high and low temperatures from -20C to +40C, making it suitable for various activities or sports, including motorcycling, cycling, skiing or snowboarding.

PROTECTOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Storage: Keep the protectors hanging in a dry, ventilated place away from sunlight and direct heat sources. Do not leave them on the floor or under heavy objects, as this may cause deformation, tearing or other damage. Do not fold the jacket with the protector inside or fold the protector in half, as this may damage it. Keep away from chemicals that may damage the material and reduce its protective properties.

Maintenance: The protectors and their fastenings should be checked regularly, at least once a year, for visible signs of wear. If the protectors are worn or damaged, or there are doubts about their condition, they must be replaced immediately. It is recommended to replace the protectors every 5 years, regardless of their condition. The protectors should be replaced immediately after every traffic accident.

Care during washing: Carefully remove the protectors from the jacket or trousers before washing. The protectors may only be cleaned by hand.
