Choose between two installation methods depending on the handlebar type.Power sources:Fixed cable: Connect to the motorcycle battery (ACC cable) - Press and hold the power button to turn off before switching off the motorcycleUSB cable: Connects to the motorcycle USB port - Automatic power on/off with ignitionMethod 1: Ball-thread mounting (recommended for most bikes)Select a silicone pad: Choose the thickness according to the handlebar diameter (12 mm, 22 mm, 25.4 mm, or 28 mm). Use multiple caps if necessary.Install the metal base: Use a Phillips screwdriver to secure the metal base to the handlebar.Adjust the pivot arm: Attach the pivot arm to the metal base and adjust the angle (360° rotation).Install the BM05 clamp: Insert the clamp into the metal clamp of the connecting arm and tighten the screws.Insert the key: Press the key to its deepest point and turn it to lock.Release the socket: The handlebar socket will pop out automatically.Insert the display: Align the interfaces (marked 1 and 2) and insert the display into the socket.Finish: Remove the key, wait for the socket to return, and tighten the mounting screws. Done!Method 2: Ring mount installation (for a compact configuration)Remove the ball bolt: Remove the end of the ball thread from the holder.Install the ring holder: Attach the ring holder directly to the BM05 holder.Select a silicone pad: Choose the thickness (12 mm, 22 mm, 25.4 mm, or 28 mm).Secure the metal base: Use a Phillips screwdriver to attach it to the handlebar.Insert the key to lock: Insert the key to its deepest point and turn.Release the socket: The handlebar socket will pop out automatically.Insert the display: Insert the CarPlay display into the BM05 mount socket.Finished: Remove the key, reposition the socket, and tighten the screws. Installation complete!Installation time: 5-10 minutes for the initial installation.
