Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest and shoulders.
Waist: To determine your size, measure your waist where you usually wear your trousers. This is approximately 2 inches (ca. 5-6 cm) below the navel.
Please note: These measurements are body measurements, and we recommend that you do not measure over your clothing. Keep the measuring tape firm, not loose, as the measurement must be accurate. If you are between sizes or near the upper size limit, we recommend going up one size.

PROTECTOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Storage: Store garments hanging in a dry, ventilated place away from sunlight and direct heat sources. Do not leave them on the floor or under heavy objects, as this may cause deformation, tearing or other damage. Do not fold the jacket with the protector or the protector itself in half, as this may damage it. Keep away from chemicals that may damage the material and cause the loss of its protective properties.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect the protectors and their fastenings, at least once a year, for visible signs of wear. If the pads are worn or damaged, or if there are any doubts about their condition, replace them immediately. Protectors should be replaced every 5 years, regardless of their condition.
Protectors must be replaced immediately after a traffic accident.
Care during washing: Carefully remove the protectors from the jacket or trousers before washing. Protectors may only be cleaned by hand.
