Size chart: Measure around the widest part of your chest and shoulders. Measure your waist where your trousers normally sit. Measurements are body measurements; do not measure over clothing. Keep the tape measure firm, not loose.

Protector care and maintenance: Store the jacket in a dry, ventilated place away from sunlight, direct heat sources and chemicals. Check protectors at least once a year and replace worn or damaged protectors immediately. Protectors must be replaced immediately after a road accident. Remove protectors before washing. Protectors may only be cleaned by hand.
