Tank ring Hepco&Becker BASIC Ducati Multistrada V4 / S / S Sport (2021-)

Simple and innovative at the same time – BASIC tank ring.

This functional tank ring allows you to attach a Hepco&Becker tank bag. The delivery includes the BASIC tank ring and a tank bag fastener, which can be screwed separately to the tank bag depending on the shape of the tank and the handlebar angle.

The fuel tank cap can be opened without any problems when the tank ring is installed. In general, you only need this H&B tank ring and a tank bag, and you have everything you need.

Each model-specific fuel tank ring is stored in the “My motorcycle” database for the specific motorcycle model. If the tank ring is not in stock, you can also use the checklist in this shop to manually check whether a universal tank ring is available for your desired model. In Germany, tank bag systems do not require an ABE or entry in the vehicle documents.

Difference between Lock-it and BASIC: The general function and operation remain the same. Compared with the Lock-it tank ring, the Basic tank ring locks only mechanically, assisted by two magnets or a plastic dome screwed to the tank ring for centering. The model-specific “metal ring” is the same for both versions.

Note: A tank bag with a locking handle cannot be placed on a BASIC tank ring and vice versa. The tank bag holder and tank ring must be from the same system.
