The BGM Pro exhaust in the TOURING version offers the classic sporty and discreet look of the famous Vespa SS50/90 `Banana` exhaust systems, combined with the performance of a race exhaust.
The touring exhaust system is, as its name suggests, ideal for a fast, powerful but visually and acoustically inconspicuous street engine.
It harmonizes very well with common tuning cylinders with 75-112ccm displacement, but is also clearly superior to the standard exhaust on a 50ccm standard engine.

The relatively low split manifold allows quick removal of the exhaust body, just like an original banana exhaust. The connection is secured by tension springs, making it stable yet quickly detachable.

We recommend increasing the jet size by 3-5 numbers compared to a standard exhaust.

TIP : Some sealing compound (see accessories) between the manifold and exhaust body keeps this area permanently clean.

ASSEMBLY ON PK MODELS
The Vespa PK basically has an almost identical engine to the V50 models. However, on all Vespa PK models, the frame plate for mounting the spare wheel (under the left side cover) obstructs the installation of a V50 exhaust. Those who are not afraid to cut it slightly can also use the BGM Touring Banana on PK vehicles. The mounting hole on the engine swing arm is positioned slightly differently on PK models. The bracket must be modified individually here.
