Optimised replica of the original 38mm cylinder with seal suitable for various Puch mopeds (Maxi S/N, Puch X30 NS/NL, Puch X30 NG-2A). The original designation "CH12" is cast in.

Adjustments compared to the original:

• Better timing due to a downward offset intake
• Lubrication holes on the piston to the piston pin
• Cleaner guidance of the connecting rod bearing due to face-milled internal surfaces on the piston
• Optimised piston skirt
• Adjustment of the inflow angle
• Frust-free exhaust and intake manifold assembly due to clean and generously face-milled intake and exhaust

With the right setup, this cylinder kit makes 1.6hp at the rear wheel. According to the manufacturer the strongest available 38mm cylinder with seal for Puch. Attention: Not approved for public road traffic!
