Exhaust flange for welding. For retrofitting the exhaust systems of the PX200 class with a diameter of 44.5mm. The O-ring provides a good seal against oils and fuels. Some manufacturers of tuning cylinders take it here with the tolerance on the exhaust port not too accurate, so we recommend to check the fit on the respective cylinder used before installation. The included O-ring made of FPM material is resistant up to 240°C, against oils and fuels. When processing the exhaust flange, the O-ring should not be mounted, as high temperatures are generated during welding. If the exhaust is used without clamping on the connecting piece, the exhaust manifold should be attached to the engine with springs. For this purpose, we also offer under accessories suitable sets with retaining plates for welding to the manifold and for screwing to the engine.
