Aluminium cylinder kit Schmitt "Sportfreund 85" with 85cc, 47mm bore for 48mm stroke suitable for Simson moped or mokick S51, S53, S70, S83, KR51/2, SR50, SR80 with machined (spindled) M500 engine. This cylinder is driven with a 48mm stroke crankshaft and 90mm connecting rod.

The European made Schmitt "Sportfreund 85" cylinder is one of the highest torque 85cc 4 barrel cylinder with centred cylinder head and nickel carbide silicon coated liner. The high performance cylinder is a true mashup and comes with a Vertex piston.

The cylinder and head have more surface area to improve cooling, plus the design is such that the cylinder can be further machined without the cumbersome gluing or welding.

For the conversion to diaphragm inlet were provided by the designer sprues, which provide enough material for sealing surface and real studs. Furniture screws are now a thing of the past.

In this cylinder are state-of-the art combustion chamber contours, overflow channels and the latest material alloys packed into a 50cc original look.
