Newly developed 187ccm long stroke high-end aluminium racing cylinder kit by Polini for 125/150cc LML Star Deluxe, as well as Vespa PX Vespa large frame motors. The advanced layout of the ports demonstrates 2-stroke tuning technology from 2015, which is now also available for classic Vespa. Polini is bridging the gap between old & new with this cylinder. The cylinder is supplied with a special cylinder head, which has 2 holes for the spark plug. The spark plug can be mounted with the original or racing position (modification of the cooling cover isrequired). A capping bolt for the 2nd spark plug hole is included. The cylinder head has an extra head gasket and is perfectly centred using fitment pins. A 60mm long-stroke crankshaft is also required for fitment. Stroke: 60mm. Bore: 63mm. Displacement: 187cc. Warning: In models with electric starters, it is necessary to grind the bottom two fins of the cylinder by approximately 2 mm, so that the sprocket of the flywheel has enough space.
