For virgin housings, the housing must be spindled to 88mm

A later upgrade to the 54mm shaft for even more displacement and power is then easily possible since the cheek diameters are identical.

A huge advantage is the high-quality 105 mm long connecting rod, with cleanly executed lubrication holes as well as now 5mm thickness. This is compared to the standard connecting rod of the 125s eight millimeters longer. The advantages of the longer connecting rod are a favorable deflection angle and the resulting lower friction of the piston in the raceway.

This increases the power and results in a lower pre-compression, which just works great with the new reso systems such as the fire magic of the company Ludwig and Scherer.

Also the transition at the overflowers to the engine case can be made much flow-favorable, which brings a better performancewith it.

We also recommend you the Spacer (BGM0223) to distance the cylinder and keep the timing the same. Furthermore, longer M7 studs (BGM 0290) must be used. This is all included in the kit (7673185).

The shaft is operated with the standard ETS bearing.
