Headlight polishing kit Mannol 9801

Professional kit for simple mechanical and manual polishing of scratched and dulled plastic headlights. No headlight removal required! Stone chips, ultraviolet light, salt, insects and weather conditions damage the headlight surface, causing it to become dull. The result is poor visibility!

Simple application taking approximately 30 minutes increases both the vehicle’s value and headlight brightness; it also restores visibility and safety. The product can additionally be used on boat windows, helmet visors and motorcycle windscreens.

Application:

Clean the surface to be treated with water. Protect adjacent surfaces with masking tape.
Moisten the surface and sand evenly. Follow the abrasive sequence 800 → 1200 → 2000 and use each grit for several minutes.
Polish the surface with the polishing sponge (orange) and polish until the surface is shiny and clear. Clean and dry the headlight thoroughly.
Apply the UV-protective nano sealant with the finishing sponge (white) and polish it in within 1 minute. Leave to dry for 2 hours in direct sunlight.
