Professional kit for simple mechanical and manual polishing of scratched and cloudy plastic headlights. No headlight removal required! Stone chips, ultraviolet light, salt, insects and weather conditions damage the headlight surface, causing it to become cloudy. The result is poor visibility!
Easy application takes approximately 30 minutes, increases the vehicle’s value and headlight brightness, and restores visibility and safety. The product can also be used on boat windows, helmet visors and motorcycle windscreens.
Application:
Clean the surface to be treated with water. Protect adjacent surfaces with masking tape.
Moisten the surface and sand evenly. Follow the abrasive sequence 800 → 1200 → 2000 and use each grit for several minutes.
Polish the surface with the polishing sponge (orange) and polishing compound until the surface is shiny and clear. Clean and dry the headlight thoroughly.
Use the finishing sponge (white) to apply the nano sealant protecting against ultraviolet radiation and polish it in within 1 minute. Allow to dry for 2 hours in open sunlight.
