Deposit

The battery price does not include the deposit fee.

Under the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are required to:

1. accept a used battery free of charge;
2. charge a deposit of 30 zł for each battery purchased in this offer if the buyer does not return a used battery;
3. refund the deposit if the buyer returns the used battery to the company’s headquarters within 30 days of purchase.

When a business purchases the battery (the customer indicates at checkout that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), no deposit is charged (Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, Article 54, point 1).
