Deposit

The battery price does not include the deposit fee.

Under the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are obliged to:

• accept a used battery free of charge;
• collect a deposit of 30 zł for each battery purchased under this offer if the buyer does not return a used battery;
• refund the deposit if the buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters within 30 days of purchase.

When a battery is purchased by a business (the customer indicates at the time of purchase that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), no deposit will be charged (Act on Batteries and Accumulators of 24 April 2009, Article 54, point 1).
