In accordance with the Act of April 24, 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are obliged to:
1. Accept a used battery free of charge
2. Charge a deposit of 30 zł for each battery purchased in this offer if the buyer does not return a used battery
3. The deposit will be refunded if, within 30 days of purchase, the buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters.
When a battery is purchased by a business (the customer indicates at the time of purchase that they wish to receive an invoice and provides the company’s full details), no deposit will be charged (Act on Batteries and Accumulators of April 24, 2009, Article 54, point 1)
