Battery charger Enerblock ENR12-4 12V 4A

ENERBLOCK ENR12-4 is a fully automatic professional microprocessor charger designed for charging traditional lead-acid batteries, gel batteries (GEL), AGM, EFB (Start-Stop), and LiFePO4 VRLA batteries with a voltage of 12V and capacity from 4AH to 120AH.

The charger is intended not only for starter batteries used in cars and motorcycles, but also for deep-cycle batteries, used cyclically as a power source for onboard equipment on fishing boats, yachts, and motorhomes.

All parameters are presented clearly and intuitively on the LCD display and through audible messages.

The device is equipped with a connector allowing crocodile or ring terminals to be connected.

8-STAGE CHARGING CYCLE:

STAGE 1 Battery test - After selecting the charging mode, the device checks the battery voltage level. If the battery can accept a charge, charging begins.

STAGE 2 Battery “lifting” - An attempt to “lift” a deeply discharged battery using minimal voltage and current.

STAGE 3 Desulfation - Pulsed battery charging. Helps restore the chemical properties of a deeply discharged battery. Pulsed voltage removes sulfates from the lead plates, restoring battery capacity.

STAGE 4 Main charging - Charging at maximum current up to 80% of the battery capacity.

STAGE 5 Absorption - Charging with decreasing current and maximum voltage to maximize the charge to 100 % of the battery capacity.

STAGE 6 Analysis - A three-minute pause in the charging process to analyze and test the battery. The charger checks whether the battery can retain its charge.

STAGE 7 Regeneration - The charger switches to low-current charging with increasing voltage to restore the battery’s original capacity.

STAGE 8 Maintenance charging - The charger monitors the battery voltage and, when necessary, delivers a pulse to keep the battery fully charged. The charger performs short maintenance charges, compensates for self-discharge, and extends battery life.
