Top Performances tuning cylinder kit including crankshaft suitable for Derbi / Piaggio D50B engines.

Solid tuning kit with cast iron cylinder: 50mm bore, split cylinder head and 86cc capacity. Also included is a full circle crankshaft with 44mm stroke and racing crank bearings. All necessary small parts and gaskets for a smooth assembly are also included in the kit.

All components are matched by the manufacturer! Install, tune the carburettor, done!! With the appropriate exhaust system and the appropriate carburettor the performance is about 20HP.

We recommend in any case to use a tuning exhaust system which is suitable for this Big Bore capacity and a 24mm carburettor. In addition, due to the large cylinder bush, some material must be removed / milled to be able to insert the cylinder. Instructions are included and are available for download.
