This CDI unit will be required to de-restrict your scooter (as well as changing the drive boss).
The stock CDI unit has a module which restricts the full potential of the scooter, therefore fitted this unit will optimise the performance which is essential for de-restriction and for use with higher capacity cylinder kits.

Please compare plug type of this unit with your original. Only suitable for scooters with DC ignition system. Not suitable for scooters from Euro 4!
