Works with Nelson-Rigg Sierra and other dual sport saddlebags with optional strap.
Fits most flat/oval bar pannier racks up to 30.5 mm tall and 15.25 mm thick, such as on Harley Pan America, Suzuki Vstrom, and SW-Motech EVO racks.
Accommodates most aftermarket soft panniers.
Aircraft grade aluminium plate and mounting hardware.
Powder coated and anodized finish for maximum durability.
Stainless steel screws and washers will not rust.
Can be hard mounted to most plastic hard cases.

Lockable release latch (lock not included).
