Puig Brake Cooler Kawasaki Zx-6R 24' C/Carbon Look

Brakes are a key component for safety and precise feel while riding. However, under demanding conditions, such as intense, prolonged braking or high ambient temperatures, they can exceed optimal thermal levels, leading to reduced performance and brake feel.

With Puig’s Brake Cooler, the average operating temperature of the brake calipers is reduced by up to 10 degrees, improving both effectiveness and brake feedback. In addition, the lower deflector significantly reduces the turbulence generated around the front wheel, enhancing the bike’s overall aerodynamic behavior.

The system consists of four parts: two brake caliper cooling ducts and two wheel deflectors (“wheel covers”).

All components are designed and manufactured in Barcelona using advanced plastic molding technologies.

The brackets are made of stainless steel, a strong and lightweight material with a discreet textured black finish that integrates perfectly with the motorcycle’s appearance.
