The 70cc cylinder kit with a 45mm bore and 14mm piston pin is specifically designed for Sachs 50 S and Hercules K models. It is a high-quality racing cylinder with large-dimensioned ports and optimized booster channels for improved gas flow and performance development.

The cylinder features a durable Nicasil-coated aluminum liner, ensuring reduced friction and improved heat dissipation. The included piston is sportily designed with a 2-ring system and thin piston rings to minimize friction losses. The piston pin measures 14mm in diameter for high stability at racing speeds.

The kit includes all necessary gaskets (cylinder base, cylinder head, exhaust manifold) as well as piston clips and comes with a matching cylinder head that supports the long stroke.
