Polini variator from the Maxi Hi-Speed series, suitable for the Suzuki Burgman 125cc with a Euro5 engine.
The kit contains two sets of rollers weighing 13.2g and 15.7g.
The Polini Maxi Hi-Speed is one of the most powerful variator systems for maxi scooters. The focus here was on the design of the roller tracks, which make better use of the engine's existing power band than the original variator. This means that the transmission ratio of the variator changes at a more favorable torque range. The result is increased acceleration and slightly more top speed.
The Polini Vario is of excellent build quality and very reliable in operation. A sealed plain bearing with a precisely machined bearing bush significantly reduces friction and therefore also the dirt load in the sliding movement. The result: perfect shifting performance and a long service life thanks to reduced wear.
