Details

The BGM vario nut is characterized by its collar that goes approx. 4mm far into the variator, thus ensuring that the entire thread of the crankshaft is used.

The vario nut was developed for the Polini Speedcontrol and Malossi Multivar

The width across flats is 22mm. The outer diameter of the collar is approx. 10mm.

When using the SC vario nut, the locking plate is not required.
We recommend medium-strength threadlocker, e.g. from Loctite article number:3600015.

Tightening torque of the vario nut is 20Nm.

Please do not tighten with an impact wrench!
