Deposit

The battery price does not include the deposit fee.

Under the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are required to:

1. Accept a used battery free of charge.
2. Charge a deposit of 30 zł for each battery purchased in this offer if the buyer has not returned a used battery.
3. Refund the deposit if the buyer returns the used battery to the company’s premises within 30 days of purchase.

When a battery is purchased by a business customer (the customer indicates during purchase that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), no deposit will be charged (Act on Batteries and Accumulators of 24 April 2009, Article 54, point 1).
