Metal adhesive Mannol Epoxy-metal 2-component 30GR 9905

MANNOL Epoxy-Metal adhesive is designed for fast and reliable bonding of steel, aluminium, brass, copper, iron, tin, lead and various alloys. It begins to harden after 4 minutes. Curing takes place within 2–3 hours, and the joint has high mechanical shear strength (3–5 N/mm2) and can withstand temperatures up to 150 °C. Suitable for filling gaps and voids, drilled holes, repairing damaged threads, and as a filler for flat surfaces. It also bonds ceramics, concrete, wood and their components. For optimum bonding results, surfaces must be clean and degreased. Dispense the adhesive from the double dispenser and mix both components thoroughly with a spatula. Apply the adhesive and press the parts firmly together.
