Deposit

The battery price does not include the deposit fee.

Under the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are required to:

• accept a used battery free of charge;
• collect a deposit of 30zł for each battery purchased in this offer if the buyer has not returned a used battery;
• refund the deposit if the buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters within 30 days of purchase.

When a business purchases the battery (the customer selects that they want an invoice at checkout and provides the company’s full details), the deposit will not be charged.
