Deposit
The battery price does not include the deposit fee
Under the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are obliged to:
1. Accept a used battery free of charge
2. Collect a deposit of 30zł for each battery purchased under this offer if the Buyer has not returned a used battery
3. The deposit will be refunded if, within 30 days of purchase, the Buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters.
If the battery is purchased by a business (the customer indicates at purchase that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), no deposit will be charged (Act on batteries and accumulators of 24 April 2009, Article 54, point 1)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Fits 50–125cc scooters (e.g. models based on GY6 units), small-capacity motorcycles (e.g. 125cc), 50–125cc quads / ATVs, urban scooters and naked bikes with similar battery requirements (Honda, Yamaha, Kymco, etc.)
