Deposit

The battery price does not include the deposit fee.

In accordance with the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are required to:

1. Accept a used battery free of charge.
2. Collect a deposit of 30zł for each battery purchased under this offer if the buyer has not returned a used battery.
3. The deposit will be refunded if the buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters within 30 days of purchase.

If the battery is purchased by a business (the customer indicates at the time of purchase that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), the deposit will not be charged (Act on Batteries and Accumulators of 24 April 2009, Article 54, point 1).
