Deposit

The battery price does not include the deposit fee.

In accordance with the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are obliged to:

1. accept a used battery free of charge;
2. collect a 30zł deposit for each battery purchased under this offer if the buyer has not returned a used battery;
3. refund the deposit if the buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters within 30 days of purchase.

When a battery is purchased by a business (the customer indicates at the time of purchase that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), the deposit will not be charged (Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, Article 54, point 1).
