Deposit
The battery price does not include the deposit fee.
Under the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are obliged to:
1. Accept a used battery free of charge.
2. Collect a 30zł deposit for each battery purchased under this offer if the Buyer has not returned a used battery.
3. The deposit will be refunded if, within 30 days of purchase, the Buyer returns the used battery to the company headquarters.
When a battery is purchased by a business (the customer indicates at the time of purchase that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), the deposit will not be collected (Act on Batteries and Accumulators of 24 April 2009, Article 54, point 1).
