The battery price does not include the deposit fee
Under the Act of 24 April 2009 on batteries and accumulators, we are required to:
1. Accept a used battery free of charge
2. Collect a deposit of PLN 30 for each battery purchased in this offer if the Buyer does not return a used battery
3. The deposit will be refunded if, within 30 days of purchase, the Buyer returns the used battery to the company’s headquarters.
If the battery is purchased by a business customer (the customer indicates during purchase that they want an invoice and provides the company’s full details), the deposit will not be collected (Act on Batteries and Accumulators of 24 April 2009, Article 54, point 1)
