Malossi CDI injection module Force Master 3 for all Vespa GTS HPE with 300cc Piaggio 4-stroke engine from 2023.

On a scooter, the control module for analyzing the air-fuel ratio is normally connected to the lambda sensor installed on the silencer. This is how the air-fuel ratio is adjusted. The Malossi Force Master 3 injection module intercepts the signal from the sensor and sends a virtually generated lambda value, so to speak, to the primary control module, thus allowing dynamic and, above all, individual control of the air-fuel ratio. It is thus finally possible to influence the air-fuel ratio of the injection between idle and full load, essentially for all engine speeds and conditions where controlling the lambda operation could prevent intervention. Thanks to a sophisticated circuit, the electrical disturbances normally present on the throttle control signal are eliminated, in such a way that the actual degree of opening can be more accurately identified and response times significantly improved, which in turn has a positive effect on engine performance and efficiency.

The Malossi Force Master 3 injection module has a total of 8 selectable mappings installed to operate with the original cylinder, the Malossi 560 cylinder and combinations of Malossi exhaust systems / cylinder head / camshaft / air filter to generate the best possible performance.

Particular attention has been paid to improving the user interface by introducing a graphic display that shows the main functional parameters of the device:

• Position of the gas-mixture curve

The Malossi Force Master 3 injection module is equipped with a can-bus to which possible future extensions can be applied:

• Autotuning via external linear lambda
• Module for ignition phase control
• Mappings updatable by the user via communication tools
