Details

The design, dimensions and the two-sided receptacles of the throttle cable are based on the original. However, this throttle cable features an inner PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) sliding sleeve. The high self-lubricating properties of PTFE allow a durable and very smooth sliding process without the need for additional lubrication.
Never lubricate PTFE slides afterwards, as lubricants cause the sliding material to swell and therefore have exactly the opposite effect.
