Presto contact cleaner is a high quality cleaning product that ensures conductivity in electrical connections on a long term basis. Very suited to connectors, contact surfaces and pins on motorbikes and other vehicles. Properties: base: aliphatic hydrocarbons with alcohol. Colour: transparent. Odour: characteristic. Propellant: carbon dioxide. Density at 20°C: 0.73g/ml. Spray rate: 3.8g/sec. Refractive index at 20°C: 1.370. Gas pressure at 20°C: 5.5-6.5 bar. Shelf-life: 10 years given sensible conditions (10-25°C: RH 60% max). Packaging/ contents: aerosol can with 400ml net volume. Chemical data: base: epoxy resin. Colour: amber. Odour: solvent odour. Coverage: depending on condition and colour of surface 150ml will suffice for c. 0.6 square meters. Drying times (20°C, RH 50%): touch dry after 1 hour, recoatable after a minimum of 6 hours air drying. Drying times are dependent on prevailing conditions and coat thickness. Coating thickness when dry: 40-50 µm after 3-4 coats. pH: 4-4.5 in line with DIN 53785. Solid content: c. 16% in line with DIN 53785. Density: 0.9kp/l. in line with DIN 53785. Viscosity at 25°C: c. 37 centistokes. Temperature resistance: long term up to 80°C, briefly (<15 mins) up to 160°C. This product may only be sold to people over the age of 18.
