Malossi CDI injection module Force Master 2 for scooters with Minarelli 50cc 4-stroke engine with gasoline direct injection.

The injection module can be used in combination to individually regulate the ratio of the gasoline / air mixture by ± 6% with matching ignition curve in 3 different mappings. In addition, the Force Master 2 increases the standard speed limit by 1,700 rpm up to 10,500 rpm depending on the engine setup. This Force Master 2 injection module can also be used with original cylinders for optimization or for fine-tuning in tuning set-ups.

The mappings are optimized for the following exhaust / cylinder combinations:

Curve 1 : OEM exhaust system, OEM cylinder, Malossi manifold, OEM head, OEM camshaft and OEM filter.

Curve 2 : OEM exhaust system, Malossi cylinder, Malossi manifold, OEM head, OEM camshaft and OEM filter.

Curve 3 : Malossi exhaust system, Malossi cylinder, Malossi manifold, OEM head, OEM camshaft and OEM filter

The installation is relatively simple, since the injection module has the typical vehicle connectors. It is therefore simply plugged between already existing connectors of the wiring harness.
